1. Introduction
Welcome to Community of Education Ltd. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of individuals engaging with our platform, including students, advisors, and agents. By accessing our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including those who create an account, submit applications, or access any content or services provided by Community of Education Ltd.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website or any services provided by Community of Education Ltd, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have obtained parental or legal guardian consent) and that you accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
3. Amendments to Terms
Community of Education Ltd reserves the right to revise, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Any modifications shall become effective immediately upon publication on the website. Where material changes are made, we will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to users by email or via the platform. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
4. Contact by Course Providers
Following the submission of your application, educational institutions may reach out to invite you to open days, informational sessions, or other academic events. Please note that such communications do not constitute an offer of admission. Applicants may also receive follow-ups for application clarifications or status updates.
5. Communication from Course Providers
After submitting an application, course providers may reach out to you with invitations to open days, additional information, or requests for further clarification regarding your application. These invitations provide an opportunity to learn more about the program, its instructors, and the course structure. However, receiving such an invitation does not imply that you have been accepted into the program. The final admission decision will be communicated after a thorough evaluation of your application.
6. Roles and Responsibilities
6.1 Student Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and truthful information during the application and enrollment process, and promptly update any changes to such information.
- Ensure timely payment of the required application fee as stipulated by the Platform.
- Comply with all Platform policies, codes of conduct, and educational provider requirements.
- Maintain professional and respectful communication with Advisors, Agents, and Platform staff. Any use of abusive, threatening, or harassing language or behavior may result in suspension or termination of access.
- Abide by confidentiality agreements concerning Platform services and educational resources.
Important Notice: Failure to pay the required consultation and application fee of £100 will result in the temporary suspension of the applicant’s account and access to the Platform. The account will remain inactive until the outstanding payment is settled in full. Such suspension does not relieve the applicant of the obligation to pay any outstanding fees for services already provided.
6.2 Advisor Responsibilities
- Offer comprehensive academic guidance and structured support to students.
- Assist students in making informed decisions regarding course selection and career planning.
- Ensure advisory services adhere to ethical standards and remain impartial.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism in all engagements.
- Stay updated on evolving academic programs to provide relevant and accurate guidance.
- Advisors are eligible for a performance-based commission per successfully accepted student.
Important Notice: In cases where an advisor fails to comply with the Platform’s policies, does not follow official guidelines, provides inaccurate or misleading information, or solicits any form of payment directly from applicants in the name of Community of Education Ltd, the referral commission for the relevant applications may be withheld in whole or in part. Any such misconduct may also result in the suspension or termination of the advisor’s account, and the affected student applications may be invalidated or removed from processing at the discretion of the Platform.
6.3 Agent Responsibilities
- Act as official representatives of the Platform in student recruitment initiatives.
- Facilitate student enrollment and oversee necessary documentation processing.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with prospective students and affiliated organizations.
- Ensure transparency and accuracy in all information provided about the Platform’s offerings.
- Consistently track recruitment metrics and report progress to the Platform.
- Agents are strictly prohibited from soliciting payments from students in the name of the Platform.
- Agents are eligible for a performance-based commission per successfully accepted student.
Important Notice: In cases where an agent fails to comply with the Platform’s policies, does not follow official guidelines, provides inaccurate or misleading information, or solicits any form of payment directly from applicants in the name of Community of Education Ltd, the referral commission for the relevant applications may be withheld in whole or in part. Any such misconduct may also result in the suspension or termination of the agent’s account, and the affected student applications may be invalidated or removed from processing at the discretion of the Platform.
6.4 User Roles and Payment Obligations
The Community of Education platform allows registration of the following user categories:
- Students: Individuals who wish to submit applications for admission to partner universities and colleges. Students are required to pay the £100 non-refundable application and consultancy fee when submitting an application.
- Consultation Only: Individuals who wish to receive consultation services without submitting an application may pay a separate consultation fee of £60. This fee covers personalised guidance and support and is payable via the dedicated consultation booking system available at https://communityofeducation.co.uk/user/consultation.
- Agents: Individuals or organisations collaborating with the Platform to recruit and support students. Agents are not required to pay the application fee and may be eligible for a performance-based commission upon successful enrolments.
- Partners: Universities, colleges, or educational/recruitment agencies collaborating with the Platform to receive and process student applications. Partners are not required to pay any registration or application fee.
Any optional premium services, if requested by the Student, will be subject to separate fees which will be communicated in advance.
6.5 Types of Partners
The Community of Education platform allows registration of the following categories of Partners:
- Educational Partners: Universities, colleges, and educational institutions that collaborate with the Platform to receive student applications for admission to academic programmes.
- Employment Partners: Recruitment agencies or employers who use the Platform to post job opportunities and receive applications from candidates seeking employment.
Each Partner must clearly identify its role during registration. Educational Partners are authorised to process student applications, while Employment Partners are authorised to publish job vacancies and manage employment applications. Partners are not required to pay any registration or application fees for participating in the Platform.
6.6 Employment Partners – Job Posting Terms
Employment Partners (recruitment agencies or employers) may use the Platform to publish job opportunities and receive applications from prospective candidates. By posting a job vacancy, Employment Partners agree to the following terms:
- All job postings must be accurate, truthful, and comply with applicable employment laws, including but not limited to non-discrimination and fair recruitment practices.
- Employment Partners are solely responsible for the content of their job listings and any representations made to candidates.
- Community of Education Ltd acts solely as an intermediary platform and does not vet, endorse, or guarantee the availability, accuracy, or suitability of any job offer published by Employment Partners.
- Community of Education Ltd reserves the right to remove any job posting that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or the standards of the Platform.
- Posting job opportunities on the Platform does not require the payment of registration or application fees unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement.
Employment Partners are responsible for responding to job applications in a timely and professional manner and for complying with all legal obligations related to their recruitment processes.
7. Employees Responsibilities
The employees of Community of Education Ltd are responsible for providing support to students, agents, and advisors, ensuring clear communication regarding course updates, assisting with inquiries, and helping maintain a fair and ethical learning environment. They also play a key role in enforcing institutional policies, resolving concerns, and facilitating smooth day-to-day operations.
7.1 Administrators Responsibilities
The administrators are responsible for overseeing the overall functionality of the educational platform, ensuring its smooth operation, addressing technical issues, implementing necessary updates, and maintaining system security. Additionally, they must ensure that all users have uninterrupted access to educational resources, manage institutional policies, and coordinate major decisions related to course structure and platform improvements. They also have the duty to communicate any significant course-related changes and ensure compliance with established guidelines.
8. Public Communication and Confidentiality Agreement
Both employees and students, advisors, and agents of Community of Education Ltd are required to obtain prior approval before making any public statements about the company or sharing any information related to it on social media or other public platforms. This includes, but is not limited to, course details, policies, internal communications, promotional materials, or any other content associated with Community of Education Ltd.
Failure to obtain approval before disclosing or sharing such information may result in disciplinary actions, including warnings, suspension, or termination of roles within the institution. Additionally, unauthorized disclosures that violate confidentiality agreements or legal regulations may lead to further legal consequences in accordance with applicable laws. These measures are in place to protect the integrity, reputation, and confidentiality of Community of Education Ltd and ensure that all external communications align with the organization's official policies and standards.
9.1 Consultancy and Application Fee
9.1.1 A mandatory, non-refundable fee application of £40 and Consultancy fee 60 applies to each application submitted.
9.1.2 This fee covers the following services:
- The review and assessment of your application materials.
- Tailored consultancy and guidance on your educational options.
- Administrative handling and processing of your application to partner institutions.
9.1.3 By submitting an application through the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that you are required to pay the £100 fee in full. This fee covers the consultation process and application, the preparation of application materials, and the personalised identification of suitable universities or colleges matching your profile and goals.
9.2 Payment Terms
9.2.1 Upon submission of your application, you will be automatically directed to the payment page.
9.2.2 Payment must be completed immediately in order for your application to be processed.
9.2.3 If you do not complete payment, your application will be marked as "Pending Payment" and no further action will be taken until the fee is received.
9.2.4 If payment remains outstanding beyond 7 calendar days, we reserve the right to cancel your application and suspend your access to services.
9.3 Acceptance of Terms and Consent
By continuing to use the Community of Education platform and submitting an application, you confirm that you agree to these Terms and Conditions, including the Payment Policy.
Failure to pay the required application or platform usage fees may result in administrative actions such as account suspension, loss of access to services, or formal recovery procedures. Where necessary, Community of Education Ltd reserves the right to initiate legal steps to recover unpaid amounts, including filing a claim in small claims court in accordance with UK law.
Before submitting your application, you are required to:
- Read and accept these Terms and Conditions.
- Tick the acceptance checkbox confirming your understanding.
- Type your full name as your electronic signature confirming your agreement.
By doing so, you confirm your understanding that you are entering into a legally binding contract to pay the consultancy and application fee in full.

9.4 No Guarantee of Admission
Our consultancy services are provided for guidance purposes only. While we strive to assist you in preparing a strong application, we do not guarantee admission to any educational institution. All admission decisions are made solely by the receiving university or college and are outside the control of Community of Education Ltd.
Agent and Advisor Responsibilities
Agents and advisors working with Community of Education Ltd are expected to present these Terms and Conditions to every applicant they refer.
They must clearly explain that:
- Each applicant is required to pay a £100 non-refundable application fee, which covers administrative review, processing, platform usage, and user support.
- There are no additional hidden fees beyond this amount for the standard consultancy and application services. However, optional services requested by the applicant (such as premium support, document translation, or additional verification) may incur separate fees, which will be clearly communicated in advance.
Agents and advisors must ensure that applicants:
- Understand the admission process, including documentation and review stages.
- Are aware of the official application fee before any submission.
- Receive accurate, complete, and honest information at all times.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in the following actions:
- Temporary suspension of the agent/advisor account.
- Termination of partnership in case of repeated or intentional non-compliance.
- Loss of commission for applications that are incomplete, inaccurate, falsified, or submitted in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Community of Education Ltd reserves the right to monitor and manage agent and advisor accounts based on conduct and compliance with these terms.
Active Account Requirement
All advisors and agents must maintain an active and verified account with Community of Education Ltd. By creating or continuing to use a partner account, agents and advisors explicitly agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Compensation Structure
Advisors and agents are eligible for a performance-based commission per successfully enrolled student.
The commission amount is determined based on factors such as the volume of successful applications, accuracy and timeliness of documentation, and overall professionalism and cooperation.
10. Confidentiality
All Advisors, Agents, and Students are required to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any Platform-related and student-related data, including but not limited to application details, personal information, communication records, and proprietary processes.
Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information may result in immediate termination of access and/or contractual relationships.
This confidentiality obligation shall survive the termination or expiration of any relationship with Community of Education Ltd.
Community of Education Ltd reserves the right to pursue legal remedies, including claims for damages, in the event that any breach of confidentiality causes harm to the business, reputation, or interests of the company or its users.
11. Security Statement
We take the privacy and security of your data seriously. The following features apply:
- IP Logging: We log the IP address of users for security and administrative purposes.
- Access Control: Access to application forms and user data is restricted to authorized personnel, including Community of Education administrators and authorized representatives from partner institutions.
- Data Sharing: We may share your data with third parties such as course providers, but only to process your application. We will not sell or share your data for marketing purposes without your consent.
- Data Retention: We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in these Terms and to comply with legal obligations.
- Data Security: We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
12. Termination Policy
Community of Education Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account and associated access rights of any Advisor, Agent, or Student in the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions, unethical conduct, or failure to meet contractual obligations. Such termination may take effect immediately and without prior notice where deemed necessary.
Any party wishing to withdraw from their role is generally required to provide at least 14 days’ written notice. However, in cases involving breaches of these Terms, this notice period may be waived at the discretion of Community of Education Ltd.
Termination of an account, whether initiated by the user or by Community of Education Ltd, shall not discharge any obligation to pay outstanding fees for consultancy, application processing, or any services already rendered prior to the termination date.

14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Community of Education Ltd.
15. Register of Data Protection
Our registration reference number with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) is ZB685477.
16. Services Provided
Community of Education acts as an intermediary between students and educational institutions, facilitating the application and admission process. Our services include consultation, application submission assistance, and general support throughout the admission journey.
16.2 Transparency and Communication
We ensure transparency in all our dealings and provide accurate information regarding applications, fees, and admissions. It is the responsibility of the student or their representative to review all terms before proceeding with an application.
16.3 Code of Conduct
All users, including students, agents, and representatives, are expected to maintain professional and respectful communication when engaging with our services. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or defamatory behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of services.
16.4 Defamation and Social Media Conduct
Community of Education Ltd reserves the right to take legal action against any individual who spreads false, misleading, or defamatory information about the company, whether online or offline.
In such cases, Community of Education Ltd may:
- Request the immediate removal of such content.
- Pursue legal action for damages if the content negatively impacts our business.
- Terminate any ongoing agreements with the responsible party.
16.5 Data Protection and Privacy
All personal data collected is handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). We do not share personal information with third parties unless required by law or necessary for the application process.
16.6. Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information to assist you in preparing your application; however, we cannot guarantee admission to any educational institution. All admission decisions are made solely by the receiving universities or colleges and are beyond the control of Community of Education Ltd. Accordingly, we are not liable for any application rejections, institutional decisions, or changes in admission policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Community of Education Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform or services. In any event, the total liability of Community of Education Ltd shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user for the services giving rise to the claim.
16.7 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we encourage open communication to resolve issues amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be handled according to UK law.
17.Company Information and Official Address
Community of Education Ltd, hereinafter referred to as "the Company," is a legally registered entity operating in the field of education and academic consultancy. The Company is committed to maintaining high ethical standards, transparency, and professionalism in all its activities, ensuring that students, advisors, agents, employees, and administrators benefit from a structured and reliable educational environment.
18. About Our Platform
Community of Education Ltd is a professional education recruitment platform that connects students, agents, and advisors with universities, colleges, and educational organisations worldwide. Our platform provides comprehensive support, including application assistance, guidance on course selection, and direct communication with institutional representatives.
Users benefit from an optimised and structured process designed to help them meet admission requirements while reducing the complexities typically involved in the application process.
19. Force Majeure
Community of Education Ltd shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes or labour disputes, epidemics, pandemics, governmental actions, or disruptions in telecommunications or internet services.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect their validity and enforceability.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any referenced policies or additional agreements accepted by the user, constitute the entire agreement between you and Community of Education Ltd regarding your use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
22. User Responsibility to Update Information
It is your responsibility to ensure that all account information, including contact details and payment information, is current and accurate. Community of Education Ltd shall not be liable for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information provided by the user.
