This Refund Policy sets out the conditions applicable to payments made through the MasterHub platform for digital services, consultancy services, administrative fees, application processing, and Membership subscriptions.
This policy applies exclusively to services provided directly by MasterHub, including consultancy services, application processing, digital services, administrative fees, and Membership subscriptions. It does not apply to fees charged directly by universities, colleges, employers, agents, or other third-party entities.
Digital services, consultancy services, application processing, and Membership activations are considered services that begin immediately upon activation, scheduling, or commencement of processing. Once the service has been activated or performance has commenced, fees are non-refundable except where expressly required by applicable law.
Membership subscriptions may be billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Users may cancel their subscription before the next billing date to prevent automatic renewal. Cancellation does not generate refunds for already billed periods or services already provided.
By activating a digital service, Membership subscription, or requesting the immediate commencement of services, the user acknowledges that service performance begins immediately and, where permitted by applicable law, expressly waives the 14-day cooling-off right under distance selling regulations.
Consultancy services may be rescheduled subject to availability, provided the request is submitted within a reasonable time before the scheduled appointment. MasterHub reserves the right to refuse repeated, abusive, or unreasonable rescheduling requests.
In cases involving technical errors, duplicate payments, or incorrectly processed transactions, users may request a review and correction of the issue by contacting the support team.
MasterHub is not responsible for refunds relating to fees or services provided directly by universities, colleges, employers, agents, or other third-party entities. The refund policies of those entities apply separately.
MasterHub reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases involving suspected fraud, abusive platform usage, unjustified chargebacks, policy violations, or breaches of the Terms and Conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MasterHub shall not be liable for indirect losses, delays, or costs caused by third-party institutions, external service providers, or public authorities.
