These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the MasterHub platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these terms. MasterHub operates exclusively as an education and career facilitation platform, connecting students, agents, educational institutions, employers, and service providers, and does not directly provide courses, qualifications, employment, or regulated professional services.
Students may use the MasterHub platform to explore and apply for academic programmes, English language courses, undergraduate and postgraduate degrees, vocational qualifications (Levels 1–8), and career opportunities offered by collaborating institutions. MasterHub provides guidance, application support, and consultancy services but does not guarantee admission, employment, visa approval, scholarship awards, or academic outcomes. Final decisions rest solely with the respective institutions, employers, or competent authorities.
Registered agents may manage and submit student applications through the MasterHub platform in accordance with established procedures. Agents are fully responsible for ensuring that all information and documentation provided is accurate, complete, authentic, and lawful. Any submission of false, misleading, fraudulent, or non-compliant information may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
Educational institutions, colleges, universities, recruitment agencies, and employers collaborating with MasterHub remain solely responsible for the content, quality, compliance, and delivery of their programmes, services, and opportunities. MasterHub does not assume responsibility for admission decisions, employment outcomes, cancellations, modifications, or service delivery by these entities.
Certain services provided by MasterHub, including consultancy sessions, application processing, and professional support, may be subject to fixed fees. All applicable fees are clearly communicated prior to payment. Fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in the service description.
Payments made through the platform are processed securely via authorised payment service providers. MasterHub does not store full payment card details. By making a payment, you authorise the processing of the transaction for the selected service.
The referral programme allows eligible registered users to earn rewards for validated enrolments. Participation in the referral programme does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or legal representation relationship with MasterHub. Referral rewards may be withheld, suspended, or cancelled in cases of abuse, fraud, non-compliance, or unverified enrolments.
MasterHub acts exclusively as an intermediary platform and does not directly provide academic qualifications, regulated immigration services, employment contracts, or legal representation. MasterHub is not responsible for decisions made by third-party institutions, employers, regulatory bodies, or public authorities.
MasterHub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, or platform policies, with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the breach.
MasterHub may facilitate access to independent legal professionals, consultants, and authorised specialists, where required under applicable law, for matters relating to settled or pre-settled status, visas, documentation, civil matters, criminal matters, fines, and other legal procedures. These services are provided exclusively by independent third parties. MasterHub does not provide legal services, regulated immigration advice, or legal representation and accepts no responsibility for third-party services.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

MasterHub does not guarantee admission to educational institutions, employment opportunities, visa approvals, scholarship awards, academic success, or professional outcomes.
Users are responsible for independently verifying agents, institutions, employers, and service providers before making payments, entering agreements, or submitting personal documents.
MasterHub does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, authenticity, or completeness of information published by agents, institutions, employers, or other users of the platform.
MasterHub reserves the right to verify documents and information submitted through the platform and may suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspected fraud, document falsification, identity misuse, or abusive activity. Suspected unlawful activity may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required.
MasterHub does not provide regulated immigration services, immigration advice, or official legal representation in immigration matters. Any immigration-related assistance is provided exclusively by independent third parties.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities carried out through their accounts.
All platform elements, including logos, branding, designs, text, images, software, and materials belonging to MasterHub, are protected under intellectual property laws and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written permission from the company.
By using the platform, users consent to receive notifications, emails, and electronic communications relating to services, security, account activity, and platform updates.
To the extent permitted by law, MasterHub shall not be liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, delays or decisions made by third parties. MasterHub’s total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the relevant service.
MasterHub may offer monthly or annual subscription plans providing access to extended support, consultancy and additional services. By activating a subscription, the user authorizes recurring automatic payments according to the selected plan. The subscription remains active until cancelled. In the event of expiration or cancellation, access to included services may be suspended automatically. Fees for billing periods already invoiced are non-refundable.
MasterHub processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the UK GDPR and applicable data protection legislation. Users may consult the Privacy Policy for full details regarding data processing and their rights.
